I have discovered a great lady for all of you to get to know. She is a wonderful mother of 3 and a very young grandmother as well as a super agent with Re/Max. Her husband is the Chief of Police and Denise was a police officer for many years and then went into marketing. They are life long residents of Brevard County in Florida which makes them great Brevard county real estate agents and Melbourne Real Estate agents. Her name is Denise Shockey.
Denise is fun to be around and I would not hesitate to refer business to her. She has a great team consisting of her husband, 2 assistants and a buyers' agent. She is a great listing agent and really services her clients. She is a CCIM candidate and is proficient in residential and commercial real estate sales.
Denise and her husband have great business minds. They understand delegating and being proactive. She is doing very well in this market. They have just invented a really awesome online something that is TOP SECRET right now. But you must go and subscribe to her blog so you don't miss her big announcement!
Denise and her husband have 3 children and one grandchild, a 16 year old, a 14 year old and a 27 year old. Their granddaughter is 2 years old. Her life is a lot like mine. We connected through her hiring me to be her coach for her expired program. Her team is really great at working with converting FSBO's to listings too.
She is ranked third in volume in her Re/Max office this last month and is well on her way to be the top volume agent in her office.
What Denise loves most about her business as a real estate agent is the look on her client's face when they are at the closing table. Whether a seller moving up or scaling down or a single mother buyer who just came through a divorce and now is able to stand on her own two feet; knowing she has made a difference in someone's life is her calling and purpose. She is changing the world one person at a time.
