Jack was one of our best clients ever!  He was one of the sweetest sellers ever. His story started off tear filled with sorrow to an ending with tears of joy. The journey was stressful as most short sales are and there were obstacles to overcome a long the way. 

 

We had the best surprise ever on the night before closing when we got a call from the closing department at Chase. 

Jack was expecting $3000 from the HAFA program for relocation monies but when the closer looked over the numbers on our HUD and matched them with her required net there was another $20,000 that she said we could give to the seller the next say at closing.

Imagine the surprise of getting a phone call right before closing that you are getting an extra $20,000 at closing! It could not happened to a better person. 

He was SO happy with everything we did for him from beginning to end. 

The day after closing we were the ones who were surprised.  There was a knock at our door and the 1-800-Flowers delivery person was there. He had one HUGE vase of 2 dozen roses and two smaller vases of roses and assorted flowers. The large bouquet was for me and Nestor and the other two were for Milet and Cheska.
