The Equestrian Club Estates is a different subdivision than The Equestrian Club. I know this is confusing but the Equestrian Club is located off of Lake Worth Rd west of 441 in Wellington and The Equestrian Club Estates is located off of Pierson Rd right next to the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington. Here is the road into this part of the Equestrian Community. It is tucked away behind the club right next to the Equestrian center.

The Equestrian Club Estates is the perfect location for your Winter Equestrian Festival stays here in Wellington each year. This area is located right next to White Horse Tavern and the Equestrian Clubhouse where you can overlook the equestrian events each season.
Currently there are 16 houses for sale in the Equestrian Club Estates in Wellington. The lower priced homes in here do not have acreage on which you can have your horse. So you would need to board your horse which is what most people do that live in this section of the Equestrian community of Wellington.

There were 12 properties that sold in the last year in Equestrian Club Estates in Wellington. We sold one of those properties and it was a short sale. Many of the properties in this area are not short sales however the house we sold was a short sale at 14289 Calypso. This was our listing. We sold it for $310,000. Originally the bank wanted $599,000 and after many attempts of getting the property approved for short sale finally after 450 days on the market- we got an all cash buyer who was able to close quickly and the bank finally agreed. Being all cash helps some banks to move on approvals.
The highest sold property in this community was 3100 Aachen Lane. It was listed for $8,995,000 and closed for $7,500,000. It is 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The homes on Aachen do have acreage or else they could never get that kind of money for those properties. This is in hacking distance to the showgrounds, very close, you can see the showgrounds from the Equestrian Club Estates.
The lowest priced property that sold was our listing at 14289 Calypso which closed for $310,000. It needed a lot of repairs and totally needed to be remodeled. It was a much smaller house than many of the ones on the market right now.
You can not do an average price for a community like this one because there is too wide of a range of properties that are not alike and the prices are too varied.
