We sold this unit for ALL CASH for $143,000. The owner offered an incentive to buyers- he paid one year of HOA fees in full at closing for the buyer. HOA fees at the Slade are $850 per month.
There was one loan on this Slade condo. We had a couple of buyers that walked during the short sale proces. Each time they walked the file had to be started all over again with this particular lender.
