1383 Plumosa in Weston Florida 33327 has just lost it's buyer. The short sale lender countered back the buyer and the buyer did not accept the counter. Now we have an approved price on this short sale that can close quickly. We still have the same negotiator to process the file and we can substitute a buyer.
