I remember bringing buyers to the sales office and how excited buyers were with the Lennar; 'everything included' concept that was the Lennar tagline. The golf course was absolutely gorgeous and the landscaping was really well done. In fact, I almost bought my home in the Binks Forest Preserve when the new construction began.
Binks Forest Golf Club has changed ownership and the entire club has been renovated. You can play golf and entertain your friends at the new Binks Country Club.

Lennar is a Chinese dry wall user. When were these homes built? What year?
Karen- These homes were built in 1995 to 1998. I highly doubt they used Chinese drywall back then. And we provide a chinese dry wall disclosure with all our listings that require one. People here happen to love their Lennar built homes and this is a wonderful community that I adore. I look forward to selling our beautiful listing in this community and I certainly hope that fear of dry wall would not cause harm to our seller who is innocently trying to sell her home.
