We have been doing business with the owner and manager of Infiniti Title for over 12 years. I do not recall any issue that could not be resolved coming up in any of our closings with them.
Infiniti Title Insurance Agency Inc., is more than a title agency and escrow deposit holder for us. Laura Heins was with another company for years who did our title work before she went out on her own and opened up Infiniti Title Insurance Title Insurance Agency Inc., in 2005. The company she was originally with fell upon some hard times with the owner having serious health issues. Laura started working in title in the early 1990's and worked for a very good friend of ours.
Laura Heins is the person that married me and Nestor.
Yes, we got married while we were busy on some real estate closings and decided since we were in the title office so often we would ask Laura to marry us. So there is a connection that of course goes beyond being a good title agency. It is fun to tell clients that the closer is going to be the person who married us.
Tina O'dell is the manager and a friend. She goes the extra mile with all of our closings. One time she drove up to Tallahassee to do a closing for us and she drives down to Miami often for closings.
While their new office is located in Port St Lucie Florida, they will come to your home to do your closing or your office. Yesterday we had a closing at our seller's home in Delray Beach Florida. Here is a photo of us at the closing. The lady on the left is Tina O'dell from Infiniti Title, the gentleman in the middle is our seller and the young lady on the right is our daughter who is our listing manager.
Tina O'dell of Infiniti Title Insurance Agency, Inc., has also worked in the title business for many years since the middle 1980's. She moved to Florida in 2004 where we met her working for the same office that Laura worked at. She then joined Laura's office.

Hi Katerina..it helps to have a good team to make a sale happen for Buyers and Sellers. Here Notaries and Lawyers do the Title and mortgage rregistration on Completion Date. Usually goes Smoothly.
I see yous title people also do Marriages is that Correct, here you need a Justice of the Peace, or minister..at sea of course a Ships Captain can perform marriages.
