Ah, the maintenance is what gets you. $400 a month. But yes, there are some great prices in West Palm Beach Condo market right now!

But $400 for a 2 bedroom condo is pretty good even by our standards. We are paying $435 a month for a 2 bdr, and to tell you the truth, I expected it to be higher in your area, as I noticed that south from you it is generally higher than here.
