Katerina, this looks like a lovely home, I like the presentation.  The home is well decorated and nicely situated and compared to our home prices in Maryland this is a great value.

June- Our prices have gone down now to 2004 values. It is a great thing when homes can be affordable and not over inflated like they were. A house like this typically an owner would owe over 325,000!
