Sounds like some of the "deals" I have been through. When a client changes things or gets denied etc. Glad you were able to "get the deal done"
Clint
Nestor & Katerina, Congratulations on another successful closed short sale.
Great job, Katerina! I'm sure the sellers are relieved, the buyers are happy. Win-win because you know what you're doing!
They just don't seem to have a clue that it is people's lives that they are messing around with, nor do they seem to care. I have been in that situation, and it is beyond amazing.
Nearly one year later. Good for you for your perseverance! We need to have it in the world of short sales. My longest short sale deal took 9 months and I hope not to break that record:)
How much hardship did that year cost the sellers, their clients? Congratulations to all of you. Wells took the same loss, and had additional expenses, and the sellers, ugh! Just hoping and praying for some better lead times.
I wish I could say otherwise but. ..I can beat that time line for a closed short sale.. .sigh~
I don't envy the fact you are getting good excellent at shortsales. They are few in PA. Well done.
That's easily the best worst-of-the-bank short sale scenarios I've heard! Hard to believe this isn't unique :-( This is how banks behave when we, the taxpayers bail them out with our grandchildren's money? Hmmm...
Katerina,........I'm sure ya'll did that happen dance after closing that one!!.............Congradulations!!
Thanks everyone!
HAPPY EASTER to everyone and if you celebrated Passover- Happy Belated Passover:)
