Jon- It is all regards to location and at what time the homes were built too. It still depends on where the location is. Typically the prices in Wellington will be more than outside of Wellington. You can buy acreage in Loxatatchee at very good prices, like 5 acres for about 150K with NO house on it but in Wellington that amount of acreage would be close to 900K or more. You can get 2 acres with NO house on it here in Wellington for like $475K. We sell those types of lots and acreage here.
If you want on the water- well- those prices are still quite high because there is only so much watefront property.
