Chris, I know, right? :) Color palettes vary according to regions, cultures and climates. You can go to South Beach and see some of the most extravagant art deco buildings and condos- that would never go well in Wellington Fl which has an equestrian flair. This listing is in Delray Beach which has a variety of styles but the color choices, you are correct, are very Floridian style. Katerina
