Pam- Oh, these prices are dirt cheep, even less than when they were just built! But you are right, they are much lower than CA prices. Buyers can get some great houses right now.

Bill Gassett- Most of our business is short sale listings now. In Florida that is about one third of the listings. For us it is about 3/4 of our business. We love short sales. We help so many homeowners move on with their lives without foreclosure and bankruptcy. All of our short sales get multiple offers on them, and the most important thing is that we CLOSE our Short Sales. We just added on a short sale/ foreclosure attorney on our team for those homeowners who need to extend their foreclosure dates and take on our files with multiple loans as we are getting so busy that we don't have time to stay on the phone all day. He has a paralegal that just does that for us. I will be writing a post about this, this week.
