Hi Nestor and Katerina. Very nice looking home. I was remarking about the difference of home values between Ca. and Fla. In the past California was close to 2,5 times more expensive but of late it seems to about 2 times more expensive for the equivalent property . Very nice listing.
That looks very nice. V-flyer is nice, I never tried it, but it looks cool. How much is that beauty?
Also, is it true that it is more difficult with more expensive homes to do short sales?
Jon- V-Flyers are great. It is free for your first 5 listings. As long as you delete the drafts and the listings when they go over 5 you can keep using it for free. That is how I started. Then after I got used to it and decided that I liked it, I went the next step up which is 29.95 per month for 20 flyers. Now we are at 39.95 per year for 50 flyers but I pay it up front one year. It gets good google juice and we get lots of clicks on that scrolling widget we have on the side of our blog for the vflyers and contacts for buyers for our buyers agent.
The milliion dollar plus houses are harder in short sales only in that the people have money and the banks want some of it.
But this listing is not considered expensive in this area. This is a lower priced house.
