Rich- Thanks! These waterfront listings are starting to grow on me! I am loving it down there more and more each time I go to the water. We started going after the expireds in this waterfront market because of their appeal and nearly recession proofness. People will always move to the water and people will always have their boats:) The big boat show is this weekend, I was thinking about going and taking a bunch of photos and video, what do you think?
